Senior Account Executive

Have a way with people and words? Passionate about our space? We're looking for someone to become our Sales Team Lead. In this position, you'll have the autonomy to get things set up and going for us.


We're looking for someone scrappy, has a good memory, and is a good team player. This space is extremely finicky and challenging, so you should be good at taking criticism and willing to improve.


You are the ideal candidate if you have experience with both B2B and B2C. You are good at documenting your leads and comfortable with meeting regularly to update senior team members. We'll teach you about our space and provide you the knowledge to succeed. In return, you'll show us what you can do when you hold the reins and help build and guide our team's growth.

At the core, this person will find and partner with world-class brands who want to advertise with Blenddy. This person will become part of our Advertising Sales Team, which is responsible for monetizing our dashboard content at class leading level.





  • Joining our direct advertising sales team in San Francisco, CA

  • The full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, close, and renew accounts

  • Work with our Client Success team to grow and expand your existing accounts

  • Meet and exceed the quarterly quota


Required Skills & Qualifications:


Here's what we believe is needed to succeed. Most importantly, we are looking for a balance of relevant experience, cultural fit, and motivation:


  • Knowledge of our space is extremely desirable. There are many state-to-state nuances, so having a grasp of rules and regulations is essential.

  • History of closing 6-figure advertising deals: A history of closing 6-figure advertising deals and carrying a $1.5m+ annual quota. While we still accept smaller advertising campaigns ($10k-$25k), we're growing our minimum deal size and are looking for someone who can help us move the needle

  • 3+ years in digital advertising sales: Deep relationships with agencies or larger brands (B2B or B2C). Added plus if you have a book of businesses in our sector and can immediately bring value to Blenddy

  • Self-motivated and ambitious: We've reached this point without venture capital because we worked our butts off. There are no management roles here and no easy days. We work hard every day because we care about our mission and what we do is important to us.

  • Ability to exceed a quota: We view ourselves as mountain climbers. Full of opportunity and challenges. We're an independent company and control our own destiny. That means everyone must pull their own weight



  • Familiarity with Blenddy

  • A desire to define who and how we sell to our partners
